Terms and Conditions

Article 1 General
1.1 When ordering an item you accept the general terms and conditions.

Article 2 Establishment of agreement
2.1 The purchase and sale agreement is concluded at the time of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the proposed conditions.

2.2 If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.

2.3 Information, images and communications, both oral and written, regarding the main features of the products are given as accurately as possible. Deviations in weights, dimensions, colors, etc. are only approximate, are indicative and can in principle not give rise to compensation or dissolution. Images on photo may differ in color from the real color.

Article 3 Price increases
3.1 If the price is increased after the conclusion of the agreement, the price stated on the confirmation will remain valid.

Article 4 Delivery
4.1 For preparation for shipment and delivery, you pay the applicable DHL rate at the time of concluding the agreement.

4.2 Shipping is always at your own risk. KLIK-KLAK cannot be held liable for damage caused by delivery.

Article 5 Returns
5.1 Because all products are personally commissioned for you, the products cannot be returned.

Article 6 Delivery term
6.1 We strive to deliver the product after receiving the order in the Netherlands ± 10 working days and within / outside Europe ± 14 working days. This may differ due to crowds, but is always in consultation with the consumer.

Article 7 Prices and payments
7.1 All prices stated in the webshop include VAT.

7.2 Payments must be made via the payment options on the webshop.

Article 8 Defective product
8.1 KLIK-KLAK recommends to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects found within 24 hours by e-mail.

Article 9 Liability
9.1 KLIK-KLAK is not liable for damage or injury of any nature whatsoever caused by the children's furniture it has made. The products are produced in a child-friendly way. The customer must properly comply with the instructions for use with the DIY products.

Article 10 Warranty
10.1 KLIK-KLAK-DESIGN guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

10.2 The buyer cannot invoke guarantees in the event of: a. normal wear and tear; b. improper use; c. changes made to the article by or on behalf of the buyer; d. damage caused by intent or gross negligence

Article 11 Retention of title
11.1 The ownership of the delivered products is only transferred if the consumer has paid all that the consumer owes KLIK-KLAK-DESIGN on the basis of the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.

Article 12 Force majeure
12.1 In the event of force majeure, KLIK-KLAK-DESIGN is not obliged to pay compensation for the damage caused to the consumer as a result.

Article 13 Applicable Law
13.1 The agreement and these general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law

Article 14 Complaints and Disputes

14.1 It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail at: info@klik-klak.design . We will respond to your complaint within 7 days at the latest.

15.1 It is not permitted to copy, multiply or use images, photos, texts or otherwise from the website of KLIK-KLAK-DESIGN without the express permission of KLIK-KLAK-DESIGN
